蔥糖
If you like sweets, which I know you do, check out this awesome Traditional Chinese sweet making process - much like Pulling La Mian (Ramen Noodles) but sweet. This is 蔥糖 (Cong Tang) which is literally translated to Sugar Spring Onions for its tubular air pockets it produces in its finished product. This is true Chinese Kung Fu dudes.
